He died December 26, 1996 in Tallahasse, Florida and was buried in Bayview Memorial Cemetery Park, Pensacola, Florida. William married Mary Roberta HUGGINS, daughter of Ossian John HUGGINS and Winifred Nora SPENCER, on July 22, 1940 in Pensacola, Florida. Mary was born September 9, 1919 in Mobile, Alabama. She died August 4, 1984 in Tallahassee, Florida was buried in Bayview Memorial Park Cemetery, Pensacola, Florida. They had the following children:

She died December 10, 2000 in Sierra Vista, Arizona and was buried December 14, 2000 in Cochise Memory Gardens, Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Frances Annetta Kimberl of Sierra Vista, Arizona, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December
10, 2000, after a yearlong battle with cancer. Frances was surrounded by her loving family and friends
at home, which was her wish.
She was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, to William and Mildred Campbell on March 4, 1927. After moving
to Maryland, she graduated as an honor student from Sandy Spring High School in 1945. From there she
began working for the U.S. government at the war Department, Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C.
In 1962 she began working for the city of Laurel in Maryland until she and her husband, James Kimberl,
moved to Sierra Vista. She again worked for civil service on Fort Huachuca until she retired in 1989.
Frances was best known for her artistic talents as a doll maker. She and Jim began Porcelain Pretties
by Frances and appeared in numerous doll shows throughout the country where she won both national and
international ribbons and trophies in various categories. She was a gifted and popular artist at Sierra
Vista's Art in the Park. Frances never seemed to meet a stranger, especially when it came to dolls,
which she lovingly created from head to toe.
She will be remembered by her family as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and
great-grandmother who gave them love, laughter, and a solid sense of family. While she loved making
dolls, she also loved cooking and caring for her family. She made every holiday special and many people
were recipients of her unselfish giving. She knew the secret to love - the more you give to other, the
more you receive.
Frances was baptized in January of this year, and she and her husband are members of First Baptist Church in Sierra Vista.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, James E. Kimberl, of Sierra Vistas; children,
Francine (Charles) Biere of Sierra Vista, Raymond P. (Christine) Fochler of Naples, Fla.,
Georgann (Armand) Celani of Sierra Vista, Joseph W. (Doris) Fochler of Burtonsville, Md.,
Sandra (Ron) Hill of Sierra Vista, Karen (John) Troyan of Tucson, Ari., Chris (Tom) Dzik of Tucson, Ari.,
Karla (Mike) Taylor of Springerville, Ariz., Kelly (Scott) Master of Tucson, Ari., and Kathy (Dave)
Archey of Tucson; 21 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; bothers, Robert C. Campbell of Sebastian,
Fla. and Donald Campbell of Savage, Md., along with numberous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond P. Fochler, her parents and her sister.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, December 12, 2000 at Jensens's Sierra Vista Mortuary
- a block east of Highway 92 at Ramsey Road. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, December
14, 2000 at First Baptist Church - Golf Links Road and Seventh Street - Sierra Vista. Interment will be
at Cochise Memory Gardens is Sierra Vista.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jensen's Sierra Vista Mortuary.

Andie was born September 2, 1924 in Molino, Florida. He died August 13, 1987. They had the following children:
